We understand that not everyone works or lives to the set daily routine and that

sometimes emergencies arise and you need your computer or 

broadband later in the day. TCH offers an out-of-hours 

call-out service for just such emergencies. 

This service is not covered by the 'No Fix No Fee' 

agreement and comes with an hourly 

rate or part hourly rate of £50.

Any visit starting after 20:00 / 8 O'clock carries

 an out-of-hours fee.

Normal working hours start at 08:00. and run Mon - Sat.

Sunday visits are out-of-hours.
