A Flat rate of £25 per hour or part hour is
charged for all diagnostic and repair
work.
Every hour after the first hour is
£15 per hour or part hour.
Where a telephone line is faulty and the engineer finds that
it is the
customers service provider that is at fault, a single fee
of £25 will apply.
The engineer is able, on request, to act as the
customers agent
to communicate with their service provider as part
of this fee
in the first hour.
Fees for training
are £18 per hour for a minimum of a
2 hour booking.
Bookings of 4 hours and
over are £15.00 per hour.
Telephone/Broadband
extensions start at £50 for up to a 30m extension.
Longer extensions
are charged at £25 per hour after the
first 30m + material costs.
All other work is charged
at £25 per hour or part hour excluding out-of-hours call-outs.
No call out fee applies
to any work Technical Computer Help undertakes in and around the
Lincoln area (approx 25 mile radius of Lincoln). Further visits are
charged at a flat call-out fee of £10.
We do not travel further that a 50 mile radius
of Lincoln except by special arrangement.
'No Fix No Fee' relates
to computer faults where the computer cannot be repaired on or
offsite. It is sometimes necessary to order parts to complete a
repair but a maximum fixed cost will be stated by the technician on
diagnosis. If this cost is not acceptable then the customer can
refuse the repair and an hour maximum labour will be charged at £25.
If TCH arrives at the
agreed time and place and the customer is not there TCH reserves
the right to charge a fee of £25 as an abortive visit charge within normal
working hours or £50 outside of working hours. If you can no longer
